Innovative ELastolite EL Panels are added to the Standard Hi-Vis Safety Vest to go the extra mile to help increase visibility with illumination. These unique panels are highly flexible, low-energy, programmable, waterproof and machine washable. Read more about how ELastolite works 

EL Safety Vests come in hi-visibility fluorescent yellow, made of durable 100% polyester with a zip front fastening. The vests have reflective tape to ensure high visibility at all times, plus ELastolite EL Panels to further increase visibility like no other product on the market.

Each EL Safety vest has two ELastolite strips on the front and a ELastolite panel for wording on the back, these panels connect to an inverter to illuminate. The inverter sits in a small pocket located on the front left-hand inner side of the vest for easy access. It is quick and simple to turn the Elastolite EL Panels on and off, or to change settings with the click of a button.

About the ELastolite EL Panels

Unlike reflective tapes, an electroluminescent lamp emits light by the direct conversion of electrical energy into light through energized phosphors. Although electroluminescent lamp technology is not new, ELastolite® broke through restrictive barriers that limited the growth of electroluminescent technology.

• Lamp is soft and flexible, allowing it to bend and move seamlessly with the wearer
• Machine washable and dryable (passed rigorous test washes by major brand retailers)
• Can be printed into any shape, with full color graphics, logos or script
• Light can be programmed to animate, solid, flashing or any combination of both
